Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 5 days from the day you receive your order. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

There is no return facility available for customized products. We accept the return of products shipped by us only if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@cusmo.com for more information.

If you still wish to return the item, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–15 working days.

For delivered orders, there will be a partial refund (only applicable to non-customized products) after deducting shipping and handling charges.

There are cheap and duplicate products available in the market; we do not accept return or refund requests based on comparison with such products.

Note: Refunds can only be processed after 60 days from the order shipping date.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank—there is often a processing time (2–5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel Order

You can cancel your order only if it has not been fulfilled. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied to cancellations.

During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and related restrictions, no orders will be canceled due to delayed processing, fulfillment, or delivery. We will do our best to fulfill and dispatch all orders while following the government guidelines.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@cusmo.com.

a. Cancellation: The consumer must cancel the order before production commences.

b. Defects or Non-Compliance: The product must be defective or not match its description. The issue must be reported promptly after delivery.

c. Non-Delivery: If the personalized product is not delivered, the consumer may request a refund.

Refund Process

b. Provide Evidence: Photos or documents may be required to support your claim.

c. Return or Exchange: The company may request the return of the product or offer a replacement.

d. Refund Assessment: Once reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable time.

e. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

a. Consumer Errors: Refunds will not be provided for consumer errors in personalization (e.g., spelling or image errors).

b. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided once production has begun.
